who is generally on the adcomm??

I know it varies for different schools.  But is it generally law professors or administrative workers?  The admissions committee for some schools are only staffed by MBA's, HR "experts", and counselors with questionable degrees.  I think it is important to know who your readers are going to be.

They pull adcoms from all over.  Some are administration "officals," some are professors, and some may be lawyers who participate in the school community.  The only constant is the dean of admissions, I believe.
