Which Box should i check?

I am about 10% hispanic, 85% anglo/french/german with a very hispanic surname. Should I check hispanic?

if you were 85% hispanic with the last name of smith and 10% white, would you still check hispanic over white? if so, you should check white now and not hispanic.
