ummm, what?

there is no such thing.

oh yes there is.

Latuga v. Hooters, Inc.
Not Reported in F.Supp., 1996 WL 164427 (N.D.Ill.)

forced hooters to hire males based on sex discrimination

where?

in floriduh it was decided that they didnt have too.
never had a male waiter.

this case was decided in the northern district of illinois, however it was a diversity of citizenship class action which is why it was heard in federal court rather than state.

i'm surprised that florida is taking that chance; i didnt find a case on point (at least an appeal case) for florida.

Don't type the words "diversity jurisdiction" in a thread again, rev!  Leave the dirty words at school!

i slowly unzipped her diversity, sliding it slowly over her shoulders, then her hips, and finally to the floor.  taking her in my arms, i claimed juridiction.

what can't civ pro be taught like that?

Prolly gonna have cream of chicken and veggie soup and rye bread from my fav cafe

But Mexican sounds really good.  There's no good Mexican in Bermuda (or awesomely bad/good, like Taco Hell), so that's one thing I have lots of whenever I'm in the US.  I make a pretty good chicken enchilada, so that has to satisfy my cravings otherwise.
