addendum question; need advice
« on: October 10, 2006, 09:34:12 PM »
i already have an addendum for my gpa (flunked out my first year, came back and got 3.4 over the next four yrs in neurobio), my question is should i write an addendum for my lsat split 162,168 i dont have a great reason, took the test while visiting family in another state maybe more stressed out in an unfamiliar environment.  or should i not write an addendum for both gpa and lsat because it sounds like i'm making a lot of excuses?  which one do you think is more important?  thanks so much for your help, you guys seem to have a grasp on the admissions process.

I know a 6 point jump is really good, but as far as trying to explain the increase, I don't think it's substantial enough to merit an addendum.  As long as you got the 162 first and the 168 second then it should be fine, especially since most schools report only the highest score now as opposed to the average.
