Post your details, and I'll tell you where you'll get in and where you won't. The more details you give, the more accurate I'll be. Numbers, ECs, work, age, URM status. If you don't know your LSAT number yet, indicate your highest practice score.

I'm off to eat, but I'll be back reasonably soon. Offer lasts for a limited time only.  :)

GPA:  3.4, International Politics
LSAT:  practice range from 158-167
Graduated 2002; 4 years middle-management experience at the most conservative job in the USofA, awards, good recs from there, etc.
Standard EC's in college
Texan resident (but yankee at heart!)

Desperate for UT, oh and a chance to be on Deal or No Deal.

Oh and I'm a hot chick.  Someday, in addition to being a lawyer, I will be "Stacey's Mom".

That's a big LSAT range. If you break 165, I say you're in at UT.

For out-of-state schools, your HRS = Minnesota

Ran business, done a couple internships, written for magazine, officer in a couple clubs, some interesting stuff but not especially groundbreaking

3.83 / 171 (1 test, June 06)
Science major from smallish canadian school
25, travelled/worked 2 years after high school.
plenty of work experience in field, but since university only summer/co-op jobs.
student government / plenty of volunteering.
good lors, I think - 3 PhDs I know well.

edit: whatever.

Thanks Red for playing this game. Games are so distracting.

Could be HLS; If not, HRS = NYU. You'd like the latter better.

3.85, 174. Top 10% of graduating class. Honors-type thesis in philosophy, nomination for writing distinction, head of a political club/study group, member of a couple other organizations, worked several interesting jobs (on a resume they will hopefully denote character development), completely awesome recs from profs I've had very close contact with. Non-URM.

Also, Red, how are things at Yale??? good to see you around here again.

HLS

she's not at yale.  she deferred a year so that she could get married and have a kid real quick.

Well, that's kinda sexist of you.
