Jeeze...I've had 6 applications out for 3 weeks and only had 5 reports requested and gone complete at 1 school.

I'd be amazed if heard anything before Halloween...

Before Halloween!?!?  We'll be lucky if anyone else hears something before Thanksgiving (please, Boalt and Georgetown, accept when you did last year...)

From the Chicago e-mail (below). February seems like a long time to wait. Think they're just fronting or they're actually going to wait until then?

REGULAR DECISION (RD) APPLICANTS:

Complete files will not start going to the committee until sometime in December.

The committee will start releasing regular decisions around February 2007 on a rolling basis until a decision has been rendered on all applications.

It can take approximately 8 weeks for a decision from the time the file actually goes to the review committee

no earlier than January, for sure. They are one of the slower ones. They haven't even started sending out fee waivers yet.

Last year Chicago started admitting regular decision people around mid to late January, yes?

Very good points...I was just thinking about our members here and not LSN, but even then I should have realized that many change their handles.

Just out of curiousity, have you applied to Duke yet?

was this a question to everyone or me personally?  Because I am not planning to apply to Duke. :)

Do you guys think maybe it would be better to add this to the decision dates thread for the past 2 years?  Then, it would have 3 years worth of information, which is really helpful comparatively speaking.

Since the original poster of that thread has deleted, it can't be amended.  The OP of this thread could copy the list from that thread and amend it on this thread to represent the three years.

I wanted to do that, but there is already a lot of info to fit into a post and make it easy to read, so I gave a link to that thread in the op for those who are interested.
