a) are you guys including years here?
b) with only three lines, are you separating activities w/ a semicolon?
c) are you numbering them?
d) are you actually describing anything? there's not much room.

I *think* what I did was just list the name of the activity and my position, and somewhere I put "see resume for additional detail/responsibilities."  And I put years, but I didn't number them.

I put mine in reverse chron with dates.  So it looks kinda like this --

2005-Present, DC Revels (Community Theater), Costume Assistant; 2001-2005, Oddfellows Playhouse (Community Theater), Stage Manager; etc.

I'm hoping it will be easier to match up with my resume should they want additional detail.  But pretty much any way you do it is probably fine, though I agree its not that elegant.

I emailed them and asked about this.  From their answer, I did the following.

If this is the line on the app, I put:

Please see attachment for additional descriptions - Position, Activity 1; Position, Activity 2; Position, Activity 3

Then I put an attachment with bullet points with the position, the amount of time it took out of my week, and a brief description.

I also sent a resume, in case they wanted a one pager on me to look over that would independently give a good idea of me and what I'm about.
