If a school wants a 2 page personal statement, is that double spaced? people were talking about word-counts being close to a thousand for 2 pages and mine was only like 700 or so for 2 pages...so, double or single?

Infidel!  You're supposed to used a red crayon so that when they grade it with a red crayon they'll mistake those marks for yours and not take off any points for spelling and/or grammar.  Plus the law school chicks dig it.
