Possibilities for Fall 2008

I plan to apply to law school for admission in Fall 2008. When I apply, assuming I am still getting all A's, my LSAC GPA will be about a 3.10, and my undegrad GPA at the University of Houston - Downtown, will be about a 3.67. I originally went to UH-Main Campus, but struggled and was put on academic supension with a GPA of 1.76. What are my chances based on a LSAC GPA of 3.10 and LSAT score of 160 to enroll at a T1 school? In light of my past(bad grades), my school(UHD), and my ethnicity(Male Hispancic-from El Salvador), am I being realistic? I would appreciate any comments, advice, and suggestions of schools that will give me an opportunity.

My honest opinion...re-write the LSAT or apply to non t-14 schools.

You have a shot at tier 1 (top 50), yes.

You need to get your GPA up if you want a shot at a T1.  Either that or improve your LSAT by 5 points.

You're as good as in at the bottom of T1 (40-50). Puedes usar  http://officialguide.lsac.org/UGPASearch/Search3.aspx?SidString=  y agregue como 2-4 puntos de LSAT porque eres salvadoreno.
