I'm no biglaw guy.... so Indiana and Temple
IU-B '10

Journeyman, I am dumbfounded as to how you got into IU and W&L with your numbers. 155 LSAT and you applied to Vanderbilt? Honestly?

Mostly just Penn, followed by the other schools that are likely to reject me.

Yale's the only one left, so I just want ANY decision.  A deferral, waitlist, rejection, acceptance, anything that demonstrates that they acknowledged my application.  It's just taking too long.

I feel you on that...tbus why Duke and GULC are my most coveted decisions, just so my cycle can be over and I can start thinking about who's going to go in the Meredith and Derek portion of my sig.

Penn.

but more realistically, W&L, W&M and BU would all be nice.

I'm still holding out hope for you.  Did you send in supplemental materials to Penn?

Probably too much! And I feel like I should send more :(

I really want a miracle-acceptance to Penn... In all honesty, I liked Penn so much when I visited, that  even if I had Yale-like numbers it would probably still be my first choice. I don't have those numbers, however. Penn really seems like a perfect fit to my goals and personality -- and I LOVE the location. Philly is a perfect city for me to go to school in.

Well I hope they have the good sense to recognize your enthusiasm and let you in.
