reading comprehension
« on: August 28, 2006, 11:15:50 PM »
Hi,

I've been doing pretty well on the logic games and logical reasoning, but not so well on the reading comprehension. Does anyone have any advice on how to best tackle the reading comprehension section and if there are any books that I could purchase that will also help.

Thanks a bunch,

Johnathan

Try this thread

The third entry down from Vera has a lot of good tips.

Also, for me just reading MUCH slower than I normally would helps. I actually follow along with my pencil just to make sure I abosorb the information.

Hope that helps...

Clearly the key is to just comprehend what you read.

Sorry - too many hours of fighting with logic games has fried my brain of helpful tips...

I have read a lot of Vera's tips.
They seem to be very helpful.
I hope they help me. I have a lot of problems with the reading sections.
