SNUGGLE enrolled for classes today.  SNUGGLE found that the process of enrolling on-line is much improved over what one had to go through back in his undergrad days.

I had homework for Orientation! :o

Our first class was today and I was so scared that I would have no idea what's going on and get called on first.  Luckily, neither of these things happened.  Class was very easy to follow -- thanks to a great prof -- and I actually answered the questions I was asked correctly.

The reading hasn't been overwhelming yet -- I heard Boalt likes to "ease" us in  -- but has been quite interesting so far.  Word on the street is that it doesn't get much tougher later in the semester.  Hope the 2L's aren't lying to us. :-\

Ruskie,

What did they ask you?

I was asked to identify the issue in Meints v. Huntington.
