whoa sones ...
welcome back
I don't really want to go to NYC. But Cornell is an option. I'm applying in the midwest and Cali and east coast ... yeah, actually I'm applying to all the t14 and just crossing my fingers.
Sones, have you heard how they look at your transcripts? I heard they just take the letter grade but I'm confused on it.

Thanks, Good to be back. I haven't heard anything about how LSDAS looks at our transcripts - which probably is a good thing.
NYC is definitely my first choice. After that, its either Cali, rest of the east coast, or Florida.

yeah, no florida for me.
But i would really like uva. I think washington or penn would be awesome too. Actually, I'm indifferent between about 10 schools. Including the canadian ones.
Are you applying in Canada?

Yea I'll be applying to a few CDN schools. The only way I won't go to the US is if I can't get my finances in order (its going to be atleast $200K CDN over three years) or if I get rejected by all the American schools that I'd be willing to go to

yeah, plus there's the whole visa/work permit/bar problem that you run into. it'll be the way harder route to go down there. But you can make way more coin too.
