UGH, JUST YOUR LIVING COSt will exceed your tuition in some of these cities, and thats for a private school!

if your looking at 30+ in tuition, and another 20+ in living, thats almost 150 in loans!

Actually, the tuition for a lot of schools this year (06/07) is closer to 40 grand, which will only go up for those of us wanting to start fall 07. That means probably 60 grand per year in loans (my ENTIRE UG cost that much!), which adds up to much more than 150 000. Scary isn't it ;D

its unreal.

so think about it, b4 you even have a full time job, your in debt by a quarter of a MILLION dollars!

even if you paid 25k a yr, it would take more than 10 yrs to pay off!

That is why if you want to practice anything but BIGLAW, you need to either:

A) go to a school with an excellent LRAP program
B) go to a school that is generous with need-based aid
C) go to a school that will give you merit-based aid
D) go to a school that mommy and daddy are paying for or
E) do none of the above and prepare yourself for BIGLAW and a lifetime of repayments!

im just going to go to a school based on $$$

biglaw is NOT for me.
