Resume questions

How far back do you go on the resume?  I have been out of highschool for 11 years, but held the job I started then for 4 years.  Also, during this time I held two or three jobs at a time.  Do they all get included?

I started my own business 6 years ago and I had an 8 month gap between leaving my previous position and opening my store.  Should I include the part-time retail job I worked while getting the business ready to open?

Also, do you think it will look strange that I have been self-employed for so long and I want to go to law school?

I would say include as much as you can to keep it under 2 pages.  Remember, this resume is for admission to law school, not showing how many jobs you've worked.  List your most important jobs and the jobs you held while IN SCHOOL...besides that, I wouldn't waste too much space.

No, I don't think it looks strange at all.  If anything, I think it looks nifty.
