Best shools for corporate law?

What do you mean by corporate law?  Lawyers usually mean transactional work, M&A, private equity, etc., when they say corporate.  Laymen and first-years often just mean biglaw in general.

I know that Columbia has a transactional class/workshop that's supposed to be useful.  I dont know if other schools do that.

It depends what you are talking about when discussing best schools for corp law. There are generally differences as far as employment in corporate law, faculty teaching corp law and scholarship publications for corp law.


For factulty, princeton review and lietter have the better faculty rankings, though this is not really all that relevant when considering a school. (its only 3 years, none of which will help you later in life, trust me)
