I don't get this desire to dress down in the first place. Wouldn't people have a natural desire to look as good as possible? Not just in the court room, but in your professional life generally? Here, absent court/deposition, we may skip the tie. But considering I'm in court 4/5 days, it helps little. The owner, now he skips the tie 4/5 days because he rarely attends court.
