I think I know the answer to this, and I apologize if it's been covered, but is it OK to submin the application forms before LSAC has received all letters of recommendation? This has to be a "yes," right?

BC does?  That's the first Jesuit school that comes to my mind, and I don't remember seeing a why X option, much less requirement.
