The Wisconsin prompt is:
'Please include a double-spaced, two-three page personal statement. A carefully prepared personal statement telling us about yourself and reflecting our admission criteria, which are described on our website and in our publication, Law at Wisconsin, are very helpful to the Admissions Committee. Include any special factors, problems, plans, explanations, or additional information that you think might help the Law School in acting on your application.'
It doesn't sound quite as open as some of the other prompts, but I wouldn't call it a statement of purpose prompt either. If I'm wrong on this assumption please let me know! I suppose the 'reflecting our admission criteria' might imply something else?
I'd still call it a regular personal statement prompt though.
