Sorry, I'm a little slow.  You're saying that the three ofyou are virgins or married to the only person with whom you have ever had sex?  I am not asking to be critical, I just want to clarify that this is what this means.
That's cool how you referenced a case.

She's the brains of the operation.

Still don't know what this means.

Oh, yes, well it was very funny.  I guess I just didn't understand that because I am quite sure that I have read Brave talking about "hookups" and stuff.  I guess this is all above-the-belt, Jesus-sanctioned sexual activity?

Sorry, I was being a smartass -- that is what we're saying.

yup

 ;)

hey now - i was agreeing with the latter, not the former.

Therefore I winked in agreement. That's what I get for communicating solely in emoticons.

I think he was, too, along with the faint stab in my general direction.  No harm done.

Hookups sure, but intercourse is a different issue.  I've chosen to draw a line there because of my social convictions as well as my religious beliefs.

Fair enough.  That seems perfectly respectable.  I just hope you aren't having a lot of unprotected anal sex with your ladyfriends.  I read an article recently about youth trained in abstinence-only sex ed. believing that anal sex was not real sex and therefore getting and passing along a lot of STIs.

People need to settle on a definition of "hookups."

I had a girl tell me one time the day after a party, "Youre the first guy Ive ever hooked up with at a party like that before"

And I was thinking to myself "Holy *&^% I have no recollection of that, I must have blacked out at some poin, *&^%..."

Come to find out she considers what I call "making out" in the bathroom to be "hooking up" never mind that nothing actually got hooked together knowhatamsayin?

This, I believe, is the key.  We have gotten way too loosey-goosey with our language.  You always bring it around, Credo.
