Now I have to decide, Pace v. Albany.  Any opinions?

Congratulations on Albany! 

I would suggest considering whether you would like to work in upstate New York, or New York City.  If the former, than I would definitely suggest going to Albany Law. It's a great school,with a great reputation (especially North of Westchester County).  If the latter, I would suggest thinking about Pace, given that it is located in Manhattan and almost certainly provides a better chance of landing a job at NYC firm, than with an Albany Law degree.
