What happens if you do not list all your schools you ever applied to the LSDAS and to your law school? Can they realistically find all the classes you've taken? I'm thinking of fooling around and taking a french class at a local college and in case I do bad would not want to report it.

What is the reach of the ABA's ability to look into your past?  I'm assuming it can do a criminal record search, how do they go about locating old institutions (not that I have any)?  Can they unseal records?  Can their view expunged cases?  Juvinile issues?  Do they know what you do in your bedroom late at night?

By the way I already have a bachelors, someoone told me the rule is that you have to report what happens prior to earning a degree.

What does this sentence mean?! I guess this is the kind of people going to non-ABA approved law schools. Haa

Right, because ABA probably wouldn't notice either.  But that's not the point.

The point is you get into your career.  You get some high profile cases.  You become the DA of wherever-you-live.  You get tough on crime and make the right PR moves.  Suddenly you're Governor of wherever-you-live.  Some more tough on crime, kind on poverty, good PR moves, and you're running for president!

Learning a foreign language is a great idea, though--instead of doing it through a school program, why not just hire a French tutor to teach you?  I'm sure there are students out there who will do this for cheap.
