I'm trying to write a diversity statement, and I've been banging my head against the wall for a few days trying to figure out how to start it.  Does anyone know of any good examples (posts here, websites, etc) or would anyone be willing to PM me theirs?

unfortunately, the committee had the poor judgment NOT to select my paper.....so i cant afford it on my own

Maybe they have a sholoy to attened? I'm thining of going sice I totlly forgot and missed our local diversity fiar.
