Reading comprehension is my weakest section. My mind starts to wonder during the reading.

Do whatever you can to prevent your mind from wandering. Act as if your life depends on understanding wtf the author is trying to convey.
I don't have personal experience, but apparently medications for ADHD can help.

wow, very interesting! I have never taken such medications and wonder how they might affect other parts of the test. I'll consider that as a last resort.

I wouldn't. I was kicking ass on practice tests (avg. of 170) before I took my real June test. I took Ritalin before hand and it screwed me up. A lot. Like I really was stoned. Maybe my nerves made it worse, but it was pretty bad.
