This is not a criticism of Bush or anyone else.  I'm just so frustrated with all the violence and death and we're up to our asses in it.

Agreed. I can't get a handle on the Najaf situation. I'm trying to read all sides - conservative, liberal, Iraqis pro government, Iraqis pro Sadr - and all it's doing is confusing me more. This whole situation is a nightmare and I wish the worlc could just wake up.
