Oh I think it wasnt as much of a joke as you think. I hope you havent told anyone you work with where youre going... She proabably knows....

As if this whole process isn't nerve-wracking enough, a consulting firm I've been talking to just told me they'd like me to interview for a year long project at Bank of America... tomorrow.  :D ;D

lets hope you have a good score before then to ease your nerves

------------
I know you are interviewing somewhere else.  Don't be making up stories about your sister.  Come see me now.
-----------

This is the email I got from my boss when I emailed her and told her I had to take my sister to a dentist appointment tomorrow for the previously mentioned interview.  Turns out she was joking with me, doesn't always pay to be a practical joker in the office.  Imagine my anxiety level when that email popped in my work inbox.  I think today erased about five years off of my life.

Guess it doesn't matter now because I got an offer this afternoon and turned in my notice.  How's about a little Fortune 15 banking experience fo' that ass?!

175.  Had to stop myself from screeching like a teenager.  :)

i did scream like a little girl.  i tried to hug my brother.  he didn't go for it.

Lol, I told my brother and he said "That's great" in that deadpan voice that teenagers have.  Thanks for the  enthusiasm.  ;)
