I dont know how many are feeling the way I do these days.. so depressed and regretting my gpa.

I got shot in the head and got a 2.43 GPA. (Engineering Degree) Say I have a 170 LSAT, what schools should I apply and have better than 40% chance of getting in? And do law schools count canadians as being foreign in their stats? Your thoughts please.
