DO'S and DON'TS of PS?

DO'S and DON'TS of PS?
« on: February 09, 2006, 08:47:02 PM »
Could someone put a list up for some DO's and DON'TS for PS
How it should sound, what it should not sound like.

Also, if some could help with a good way to attack and addendum for a low LSAT score would be very nice.

Thank you in advance!

I was just making a dumb joke, implying my personal statement was so bad, that it had alot of the "don't"s you hear about..

in actuality, I think mine was quite good..a bit generic but it got the point across

Look for a thread called "Patterns I've Seen". There's a lot of good stuff there.

Don't talk about how a Spring Break trip changed your life. That's the worst PS I ever read.

Thanks, that was really helpful.  I've made it my goal to find an anecdote that is not too whiny.
