It's the absentee ballots that are skewing the results.  At this rate, I won't be able to miscount enough votes.

I do think its sad that the democrats had such a golden chance here and came up with what they did.  If they would have managed to roll out Clark or someone, I think this decision would be much easier for the many conservatives that would rather have an option other than Bush.

I dunno, personally I'd really like to see Alan Keys in the White House.

I need to learn more about him, honestly ignorant, but like what I have seen.  It would really throw a kink in the works to have a minority Republican seriously run, too.  That could cause all kinds of strange things to happen in the election.

Yes, the Dems should have done better.  Frankly, neither party has put forth their best for a long time.  I think the selection process is fundamentally flawed.

I agree that something is wrong with the selection process for both parties. 

I think the Democrats should have allowed more infighting to let the real candidate come to the surface.  During primary season, Kerry did not seem to be what he really is.  Everyone was being polite and outside of Dean and Sharpton, they all acted roughly alike.  Kerry seemed like a stodgy moderate with mass appeal.  Only when the attacks started did his record really start to come out in full force.
