i know a prof at stanford who got his PhD in literature, taught english for a couple years, got his JD, worked as an attorney, and now teaches at stanford law.

i know another prof at stanford who got his JD, practiced law for a while, went back and got his PhD in english and now teaches in the stanford english dept.

wonder if theyre friends?

My histology professor in medical school had a PhD in biochemistry and a PhD in microbiology, both from Stanford. She was pretty darn smart.
