ABA to investigate Bush

Interesting. I'm curious as to what the ABA is authorized to do (if anything) at the end of the investigation.

Yeah.  SCOTUS struck down the line-item veto; how can this be judged differently?

If anything, it's more obnoxious than the line item veto.  What Bush is basically doing is deleting Congress' power to override an executive veto from Art. I, s. 7 by fiat.
