I don't know how big of a firm you work at...however, as a file clerk in my firm, I can't say with any confidence I know how my firm runs. I don't bill hours, I don't know how attorneys get assigned/decide which cases to take, or how our national office runs/organizes 30+ firms across the country. That, and the life of a file clerk is much different than the life of a secretary, let alone an attorney.
So to me, when you say that you know how firms run, it seems a little over confident and unrealistic. Granted, your experience could be much different than mine, and you could be at a much smaller firm or something. So take that with a grain of salt.
Other than that, it seems ok. Generic, but not bad.
