His roomies & their gfs should have cut him a break, IMO. The penalty is going to be rather more severe than the offense.
We each define an offense in our own way, and to our own degree, I suppose. But this guy was watching two unaware people naked and showering. Worse than that, he commited it to a digital file on his computer. In my mind, that's one of the most severe invasions of personal privacy that can be concieved of... whatever action is placed upon him, even up to expulsion, seems more than fitting. Until his issues are dealt with he certainly ought not be passing any CF review anyways.
