You've heard that practise is key to the lsat. so take as many preptests as you possibly can so you can get familiar with recognizing the correct and incorrect answer choices. Also what I do on many LR problems is make a very quick prephrase of the "type" of answer that I expect for that particular problem and I try to find it in the answer choice (note this does not work for every single question). Once I find a match that I think answers the problem, I very quickly skim over the other answer choices to discard them and move on.
