Michgan Summer '06

I just got an offer from the waitlist for Michigan this summer. I am extremely excited. Now I have 2 weeks to get everything else in order.

Dean Zearfoss called basically to feel out how I felt about Michigan and if I would accept a spot if offered and what other considerations I might have. She told me she would probably be able to offer me a spot for the fall but wouldn't know for sure for a day or two. I asked about any possible openings for summer. She seemed a little surprised but offered me a spot since I was still interested.

wow, that's great. I guess they do still have open spots for summer. I called last week and they basically told me that the summer class was full. I guess I'll find out in the next two weeks-hopefully.

id agree.

congrats!  ill be following a year later.  from where do you have to move on short notice?  the www.housing.umich.edu site is actually pretty useful.

I'm moving from Denver. If it were just me the move would be easy but I have a kids in school so location is a big consideration. Thanks for the link.
