Whadda you want for nothing?  a rubber bisquit? (Blues Brothers)
And the sign said "Long-haired freaky people need not apply" So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why. He said "You look like a fine outstanding young man, I think you'll do.  So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you!"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign..

Are avatars working again?  I've tested them and they work for me (as long as it's under 100x100 px).  Anyone still having trouble?

I'm trying to set this thing up to take any size avatar and resize it to the 100x100 limit, but it takes some extra server plugins that I don't know how to install (or if I'm allowed to install them).

have you thought about maybe limiting the byte size of the avatars? Is it possible that the massive number of huge avatars is slowing down the site?

Check it out - resizing is on!  You can upload any size you want and it will get re-sized to 100x100.  It makes a new file, so everyone's avatar should be the size byte-wise too.
