I believe you do not italicize it.

I say yes, only because that's how the lawyers at my work do it ...

I believe italicizing it is correct although I may just think that because that's the Blue Book rule.

usually latin is italicized. but i've seen it without italics so i guess both are acceptable.

It's my understanding is that foreign words and phrases are italicized unless they have become part of English.
