recycling LORs?

i know it sounds tacky, but is anyone using an LOR that's already on file?

i've already got two shiny new ones going, but they're form grad school and work. i obviously need to call up my ug thesis advisor and tell her i'm not going to be an english prof, but a lawyer. i'm scared. so i'm kinda thinking why couldn't i send on the one i've already got on file from grad school apps?  :-\

also, is anyone leaving out ug recs altogether... i'm guessing no?

Yup. I'm almost 10 years out and can't expect any of my professors to remember me, really. I was a rather undistinguished undergrad. Even better -- I'm not even getting recs from any of my MS professors. Half the classes were online and I never had the same prof twice.
