If your current score is in the range you are happy with then you should cram and try to pick up a point or two with self-study.  Or lose a point or two in the chaos.

If you are not happy with your current numbers I think you should wait until you can devote a little more effort to your preparation.

I'd say if you're at a 168 now you can definately boost your score a few points in a couple weeks.  If you're not at your target score a couple days before the test you can still postpone.

I studied for a month and raised my score 10 points from my base score. It's definitely possible to get a 170+ on the LSAT, even with a little less than 3 weeks left. Just keep in mind that current trends have been to have easier/shorter LG and harder/longer RC sections, so if you're taking older tests, you should keep that in mind.
