Dubya flip flopping

Bush has accused Kerry of many shifts in position, but he's done it quite a bit, too.

Like the 9/11 commission that he opposed but then supported.

What other examples?

Hmmmm.  Bush compromises, Kerry flip flops.

How do we tell the difference?

Dubya compromises.  He tries to set the agenda as a president should, but when he fails he works with the system instead of crying over spilt milk like a baby.  If that's "flip flopping" then so be it.
