Addendum

Does anyone know where I can find guidelines for an addendum. I have read about addendums, and I have more or less written mine, but I want to make sure it is formated properly because I have never needed to write one before.

No, I did not find a specific format.

I set it up like my personal statement to keep things uniform.

I've always been under the impression that if the school does not give specific guidlines you can do whatever you want.  I think simple and organized is the key.

You need to make sure that your social security number is in the header along with your full name.  I have a book at home that I can peak at during my lunch hour.

Well, let me throw a question out here.  I have a little 'splainin' to do about some past police matters.  There was a dui and a public intox charge a long time ago.  Aaaanyway, I'm writing up about a page and a third, single- spaced at this point.  Is this doable?  Or, too long?  I can't really decide whether they want much detail or not.  Anybody?

keep it to a page.  be brief, explain that it was a long time ago, and clearly indicate that it was an isolated incident and that you learned from it, blah blah blah, and this won't interfere in your ability to be a law student
