Overall, yes.  In NY, definately, in Chicago, I dunno.

If you want to work in NYC.  Sixty thousand dollars debt difference.  If know you want to live/practice in the Chicago area, take the money, don't even think about it.  If you think you want to live/work in the Chicago area, take the money.  If you are unsure where you want to live, take the money.  If you are sure you want to live in NYC, go to Cardozo.
But, try to look at the alumni network, look at the career development office web page at each school and see where (geographically, and what types of firms or other) they place their graduates.
