my money says each one of you makes it to law review. well, rev at least.

melanie's much more likely to make it than i am, i'll tell you that.

Well, I am pretty anal about the bluebook exam.  I kind of enjoy the cite correction part, but now I'm working on this section that makes me want to cry because it's so poorly written.  I'm only supposed to be checking it with the style manual or whatever, but I seriously just want to rewrite the whole thing.

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is... yeah.   :D :-*

My exam is due tomorrow, and then I will cry tears of joy... yaaaaaaaaay!

Neither have I!  The section I was bitching about was in my bluebook exam.  The casenote is nothing but a shimmer on the horizon at this point. ;)

our bluebook exam was online (with instant results, thankfully).  there is also a citechecking online exam which i havent done yet because i need an article from the library.  i have started researching for the note.  i need to read all the cases a couple of times and then let it percolate for a few days before i start writing.

Instant results would be nice... we don't even know if we've passed before we write the casenote.

Hahahaha... well, you don't fail out unless you drop below a 2.0 cumulative or something.

BUT my Civ Pro professor gave out three zeros this semester... and my Civ Pro professor last semester gave someone a 0.4.
