Scary Movies

Recommend one for me. I want something so f-ing scary I will go home crying to my mama.  I mean , really really really scary. So no stupid boogeyman *&^% that I end up laughing my ass off when some coed ends up getting sliced in half while having sex. None of that nonsense.

I am talking taut, psychological thrillers that scare the *&^% out of you.  If anyone recommends an M Night Shamalayan film, I will kill you in your sleep.

Ringu - the Japanese movie that sparked The Ring (pathetic Hollywood production).  I couldn't sleep for nights on end after this one...

What is Event Horizon about?  Do I really want to rent it as a girl who lives on her own, or should I wait until I have a roommate or sleep buddy at the ready?

I love and loathe being scared.
