Not sure if this is a serious question. I doubt the rest of the world would ever let an American, even one as popular as Clinton, head up the UN. There is just too much suspicion of us already.

but not it interesting reflecting on bush 0's lack of stature that clinton one american who might be able to get job?

This is a stupid question.  Unofficial policy is that nobody from a country with a permanent seat on the security council can be Secretary General.  Completely out of the question.
