NYU full ride.  Yes it's Yale, but the ability to go to a top five school for free, and the freedom it allows you for the next twenty years, sounds great.  Only go to Yale if you are in love with it.

OP - this is an easy way to get people to hate you.  It makes you seem pretentious and unaware of the world around you.  If you ask the question in a more positive way, people respond better.

Incidentally, I'd probably choose yale.  Of course, I didn't wait for the money from NYU, and I'm turning down yale.

it really depends on what you want to do:

are you interested in academia or big-time clerking? if so, then it's a no-brainer.

are you interested in biglaw? then you'll end up with a great job out of either school, although maybe have a slightly easier time of it coming out of yale.

are you interested in something less well paying? hello, nyu.
