So, CUNY's homepage says "watch this space for a major announcement (coming april 25)". 

Any guesses??

Catamount - Do you think you can post the academic calendar here?  I didnt get it, but am curious as to when classes start, when orientation is, etc...

i can try and scan it and post a PDF document. meanwhile, "adninistravtive week" for 1Ls (tuition payment, book/assignment pick-up) is 8/14-17, mandatory pre-law program (probably includes orientation) 8/21-25, first day of classes: 8/28.

if i can't figure out how to post it, i will email it to you.

yes, the new dean! i read up on her and she seems to have quite the resume. hopefully she'll be a good fit.

I wish we'd get our actual class schedules! 

Any more word on the Summer Law Institute?  The guy never got back to me and no one is getting back to me, so I dont know if they h ave my correct address!

Yeah, I want to keep this thread current as well. I'm not sure how many CUNY students are on here.

From what I heard about the Summer Inst., there will be a amiling going out sometime in the next momth.
