I was just about to start a stanford waitlist threat myself.

This'll probably be a pretty boring thread for a while.

You staying on the waitlist, Bloomich?

not sure what to do... i'm leaning towards staying on it... i guess it can't hurt... i'm not sure how to approach this... if i'd choose stanford over yale, i should make tentative plans for yale and try to get into stanford... if i'd choose yale over stanford, then i'm done and i can make firm plans in new haven... i'm not sure what i would choose though... ughh... i can't make decisions, bleh

yeah. It's a really hard choice, I imagine. For me, even though I'm a huge Stanford fan, I think I'd have to go with Yale (3 years of bad weather/boring town for a lifetime of connections/prestige). But I'm not in that position, so I guess I'm just Monday morning quarterbacking. Anyway, can't hurt to stay on the waitlist until you've made up your mind, that's for sure.
