Because many conservatives throw out the label "communist" inappropriately the word has lost much of its power and meaning. By calling anything they don't like "fascist" or "Nazi-like" leftists are doing exactly the same thing.

I got your point guys, and I accept that I was way off base with the Nazi comparison with those who "lean more right than left" as Zapruder mentioned.

I have no contempt whatsoever for Conservatives in general, as most are thankfully not the bible-totin' gun-carrying types now in full control of this White House. 

I think we should fear extremism on both sides.  I was just pokin' some funm that's all.

No apologies for Scalia though.  Sorry.

Kennedy, Occonor, ginsburg, rinquist, bryer, scalia (personally my favorite), souter, thomas, stevens
