Sorry, but there's no logical connection between sexual permissiveness and smearing all proponents of a particular judicial philosophy as Nazis. Your incredibly stupid comment also minimizes the horrors of Nazism. After all, if one says that Scalia is as bad as the Nazis, the converse is also true; the Nazis were really only as bad as Antonin Scalia. I'm a Jew and I take that kind of crap very seriously. The notin that returning to a slightly less expansive interpretation of the commerce clause, opposing racial preferences or desiring to return abortion to the states as a legislative matter (or any other Scalia priority) is tantamount to Nazism is absurd.

Maybe it's just because I've been called it numerous times for my work with the ACLU, but "Commie" just doesn't hold the same sway as it used to.

Not commenting on the semantic debate, but glad that I'm as far away from Scalia as possible.  And I bet he'd say the same for me.
